Our church is doing life together aboard Carnival Sunrise the weekend of Thanksgiving 2024. We have CLOSED the building on this weekend and decided to set sail to Half Moon Cay & Nassau, Bahamas. This event is open to all; so come join the fun.

What are the lodging and amenities?

Room options include Interior, Oceanview and Balcony Rooms. Cruises are considered all-inclusive experiences, and therefore lodging, meals, entertainment and destination stops are included.

What is the expected attire for this retreat?

You are free to dress comfortably. There is a formal night of which will be observed by the group, but is optional if you'd like to do otherwise. Cruise commemorative t-shirts will be made available for ordering at $15 per adult and $12 per youth size.

Can I make payments outside of those scheduled?

Yes, you can. Payments of any amount can be made, so as long as 1st or 2nd deposit/payment is made in full according to the date mentioned. The final due date for all payments is September 7, 2024. Payments can be made by contacting (866) 721-3225 ext. 70229 (Mention Group Booking # V0F3S8)

What documents do I need to cruise?

If you are a U.S. Citizen, an Enhanced Driver's License, Passport or Passport Card will do (Minors will require a Birth Certificate). Non US-Citizens will require a Passport or Government Photo ID.

What other undisclosed cost exists?

As typical to cruises, gratuities are typically collected after returning to your Port of Departure. In addition, vacation travel insurance is offered, but optional.

Is my trip refundable?

Your cruise is FULLY REFUNDABLE up to final payment due date (September 7, 2024).

What's the address for port of departure/return?

Will transportation be provided to and from the port?

Transportation is being considered at this time from Tampa to Miami. Should you have an interest in traveling via as a group, please contact Kim Cobb at (678) 425-8765 for more information.

I'd like to go, but it's just me and I need a roommate?

Will event be live streamed, recorded or photographed?

Photographs will be taken throughout the duration of the event for use at the discretion of the Event Hosts; photographs typically used for advertising and publications. Event is never live streamed. Individuals are encouraged to take their own photographs and asked if publishing to social media, to use hashtag #CORENation

What about public safety, covid-19 precautions, etc.?

We encourage all couples to consult with their physician should they be exhibiting any sickness within 3 days prior to attending. In addition, we encourage each couple to determine what's best practice for themselves. Masks are optional, if not otherwise mandated by local governments or the venue location(s).
